Maybe you’re here because…
You’re waking up at 2am, your energy crashes mid-afternoon, and stress has worn your patience down to nothing.
Your body and cycle are changing in ways that don't feel predictable anymore — and you're starting to wonder if hormones, or perimenopause, are part of the story.
You barely have an appetite in the morning, yet in the evening you want to eat the entire pantry.
Your digestion has slowed to a crawl, and you can't remember the last time you consistently went poop every single day.
Or maybe you've been told everything looks "normal." But normal on paper doesn't feel like your normal. And you're tired of being the only one who can tell something is off.
No wonder you feel overwhelmed. I’m here to help you make sense of this messy picture.
You don’t need to solve everything at once.
Choose the statement that feels most like you right now.
I’ll show you a practical next step.

Hi, I’m Sophia…
A quick note
I’m a women’s hormone practitioner, health coach, yoga teacher and founder of The Karuna Movement.
My own experience with burnout changed the way I think about caring for myself. It led me to study women’s health and become curious about the connections we don’t always have explained to us — between our hormones, sleep, stress, digestion and how we feel day to day.
I created The Karuna Movement to bring that understanding into everyday life. My approach brings together evidence-informed education with room for the whole person and everything she’s carrying.
What I love most is helping a woman move from “Why is this happening to me?” to “That makes sense.” That understanding can be a powerful place for compassionate action to begin and become sustainable change.
Always here to support you,
Sophia

Workshops + Events
Women's health conversations don't only belong in clinics or behind a laptop.
Through local workshops, yoga and community events, we talk openly about digestion, stress, hormones, sleep, movement and the wonderfully unglamorous (yet fascinating) realities of having a human body.
