Sick of Planning Your Life
Around Your Gut?

The Good Gut Program is a 12-week gut health coaching program for women who are tired of being bloated, exhausted, and told there’s nothing wrong. Learn what your symptoms are really saying — and how to finally feel good in your body again.

Sound Familiar?

  • You wake up bloated — before you've even eaten anything.

  • You've tried elimination diets, probiotics, and every supplement promising relief.

  • You stand in front of a closet full of clothes that no longer feel comfortable on a body that seems to react to everything.

  • You've been told your labs look fine. But you don't feel fine.

  • You're exhausted, confused, and beginning to accept that maybe this is just how life is now.

If this resonates, I want you to know: it's not in your head.

Your Gut Is the
Gateway to Everything

Bloating isn't just uncomfortable. It's a signal that something deeper in your body needs attention. When your gut is struggling, it shows up everywhere:

  • Energy crashes that no amount of coffee can fix

  • Mood swings, anxiety, and brain fog

  • Skin breakouts, inflammation, and puffiness

  • Trouble sleeping, especially those 2 AM wake-ups

  • Hormone imbalances that make your cycle harder to manage

  • Food reactions that seem to get worse over time

Your Symptoms are your gut-brain axis in action

Your digestive system and nervous system are in constant communication.

When one is under stress, the other feels it.

That's why stress affects your digestion — and why digestive problems can leave you feeling anxious, low, and disconnected.

The 5P Method:
A Clear Path Forward

Most approaches focus on what to remove. The 5P Method focuses on what to understand, what to restore, and how to support a body that you can trust again.

The Good Gut Program Follows The 5P Method

PERCEIVE

Learn to listen. Understand your symptoms, your body's patterns, and what it's been trying to communicate. This is where awareness becomes your superpower.

PAUSE

Slow down the cycle. Calm the nervous system, support the vagus nerve, and create the internal conditions where healing can actually begin.

PLANT

Rebuild from the ground up. Nourish your microbiome, support digestive function, and introduce foods and habits that restore rather than restrict.

PROTECT

Create sustainable boundaries. Learn to identify triggers, strengthen your gut barrier, and develop practices that protect your progress long-term.

PERSONALIZE

Make it yours. Every body is different. This phase helps you adapt the framework to your unique needs, symptoms, and lifestyle — so your results last.

Hi, I’m Sophia

I know what it is like to stop trusting your own body. There was a time when I hesitated before saying yes to company retreats, dinners, or even an evening at a friend’s house because I never knew what I could eat without ending up painfully bloated and uncomfortable. I tried elimination diets, probiotics, supplements, and food sensitivity testing, only to be handed a list of foods to avoid that seemed to grow longer and longer. At some point, I had to ask: could this many foods really be the problem, or was something else happening in my body?

I’m not sure what was worse - the physical discomfort or the emotional impact. Like so many women, I had absorbed the message that if I ate carefully enough, exercised enough, and stayed disciplined enough, my body should look a certain way. I could do everything I thought I was supposed to do, then look down at a distended stomach and feel as though it was all for nothing. At the same time, I was moving through burnout—exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself, yet still trying to keep up with work, responsibilities, and expectations.

That experience led me to study the connections between stress, digestion, hormones, the nervous system, and the gut-brain axis. I trained as a Women’s Hormone Practitioner and Health Coach and created The Karuna Movement because I believe women deserve more than another restrictive diet, another list of foods to fear, or another temporary protocol. They deserve to understand what their bodies may be communicating and to feel absolute agency over their physical and mental health.
