Many women come to this work with the same feeling: Something in their body feels “off,” but they don’t yet have a clear explanation for why. Maybe you’ve been told your labs look normal. Maybe you’ve tried adjusting your diet or supplements on your own (your pee has never been so expensive). Maybe you’ve read enough about hormones or gut health to know something deeper might be going on. Foundations is designed as a clear starting point: a way to begin understanding your body with guidance, structure, and professional support.
Over the course of three months,we begin identifying patterns, reviewing your labs through a functional lens, and building a plan that supports your hormones, digestion, nervous system, and overall health. To manage expectations, long-lasting meaningful changes are never quick fixes.

What’s Included
Weekly Voice + Text Coaching
You’ll have ongoing access to coaching support throughout the program. Questions often come up between appointments — this allows you to get guidance when you need it.

2x 1:1 Zoom Appointments
(1x Initial Consultation + 1x Follow Up Session)
These sessions allow us to review your health history, discuss your symptoms, and refine your plan as we begin seeing how your body responds.
Detailed, Personalized Lab Review
Rather than simply being told your labs are “normal,” we look at your results through a functional lens — identifying patterns that may be contributing to symptoms. You’ll receive clear explanations and personalized recommendations.
6 x All Levels Yoga (Live via Zoom)
Chronic stress plays a major role in hormone and digestive health.
These weekly classes are designed to help regulate the nervous system through gentle movement, breath, and restoration.

Over 6 months, we continue identifying patterns, adjusting your plan, and building sustainable habits that support your body over time. You’ll also gain access to educational resources designed to help you understand what’s happening inside your body — not just follow instructions.

Over twelve months, we continue refining your plan, reviewing labs and symptoms, and building habits that support long-term health. You’ll also gain access to a broader educational library so you can continue learning about your body as your health evolves.
