I offer educational hormone-balancing workshops for women in high-demanding, always-on roles, to help them understand what’s happening in their bodies, with practical ways to support their energy, stress, and overall well-being.

I cater my presentations towards schools, studios, corporate workplaces, and municipalities looking for something grounded in evidence and easy to apply.

A better way to approach women’s health

My work is best suited to spaces that support women in real life. Schools, yoga studios, and employees who are noticing the impact of stress, burnout, and inconsistent energy.

Most people have a general sense of what they “should” be doing to support their mental and physical wellbeing. What’s often missing is understanding how their body actually works and how to adjust based on that.

My approach is simple: I always lead with “Why”. I build women’s body literacy first, then help them connect the dots, and offer practical tools that can be applied right away.

My goal is for women to walk away from my workshop knowing that they have agency over their mental, physical, and emotional health.

    Workshops designed for educators who are managing full days, high demands, and often their own health on the side.

    Offerings:

    • Pro-D Day Workshops (half or full day)

    • Lunch & Learn Sessions (45–60 minutes)

    Focus areas may include:

    • Hormones and stress, and how they affect energy and focus

    • Blood sugar and its impact on mood and burnout

    • Nervous system regulation in a high-demand environment

    • Practical strategies that fit into a school day

    Sessions are designed to feel relevant, grounded, and immediately useful.

  • Workshops that combine movement with education in a way that helps people understand what’s happening in their body while they practice.

    Format:

    • 30-minute yoga flow

    • 60-minute educational session

    Example topics:

    • Blood sugar and energy stability

    • Hormone foundations across the cycle

    • Nutrition to support energy and recovery
