Got questions?
I thought you might.
-
The best place to start is by booking a free discovery call.
This short call gives us a chance to talk about what’s been going on with your health, what you’re hoping to change, and whether one of the Karuna programs might be a good fit.
There’s no pressure — it’s simply a chance to connect and explore your next step.

Many women come to this work after feeling dismissed, rushed, or told that their symptoms are “normal.”
My approach focuses on helping you understand your body, not just manage symptoms.
Through a combination of functional lab interpretation, personalized health guidance, hormone education, and nervous system support, we begin identifying the patterns that may be contributing to how you feel.
This work is also grounded in body literacy - the idea that the more you understand your body, the more empowered you become in your health decisions.
I also integrate nervous system regulation and restorative yoga practices, which are often overlooked but play a critical role in hormone balance, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

If you have questions or would like to connect, you can:
• Schedule a discovery call through the booking page
• Send an email to clientcare@karunamovement.comI’ll do my best to respond within 1–2 business days.

Clients often describe the experience as collaborative, educational, and supportive.
We spend time looking at the full picture of your health - your symptoms, lifestyle, stress patterns, digestion, sleep, and hormones -rather than focusing on a single issue in isolation.
You’ll receive clear explanations, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support as your body responds.
My goal is not just to tell you what to do, but to help you understand why your body may be responding the way it is.
Over time, many clients leave feeling more confident interpreting their own symptoms and making informed decisions about their health.

Before committing to a program, it’s important to make sure this work feels like the right fit for you.
A discovery call is a short, relaxed conversation where we can talk about what’s been going on with your health, what you’re hoping to change, and whether working together would be supportive for you.
There’s no pressure and no obligation - it’s just a chance to connect and see if my approach works for you.
What We’ll Talk About
During our conversation we’ll explore:
what symptoms or concerns have been most frustrating lately
what you’ve already tried in the past
what you’d love to feel different in your body
whether one of the Karuna programs might be a good fit
You’re welcome to ask questions about the programs, the process, or the approach I take.
What Happens Next
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll walk you through the next steps for joining one of the programs. If it doesn’t feel like the right time or the right approach for you, that’s completely okay too. The goal is simply to help you feel clearer about your next steps.
A Note About This Work
Many women who come to this work have already tried several different approaches. They’ve seen doctors and practitioners multiple times, have spent a ton of money on supplements that aren’t really helping, changed their diet, or searched endlessly for answers online. This process is different because it focuses on understanding patterns in the body over time, rather than searching for a single quick fix. That’s why the programs are designed as longer containers - to give your body the time and support it needs to actually change - once and for all.
Discovery calls are approx 30 minutes and take place over Zoom.
If you're feeling curious about this work, you're welcome to schedule a time and I’ll send you all the information you need for our call.
I’m looking forward to meeting you!

No. Many clients begin without any recent lab work, and it is also optional.
If you already have blood work or other results, we can review those together. If additional testing would be helpful, we can discuss which options make the most sense based on your symptoms and goals.
Testing is always chosen strategically - the goal is to gather useful information without adding unnecessary complexity or expense.
-
This work is health coaching and education, not medical care.
While we may review lab results and discuss patterns related to hormones, digestion, stress, or lifestyle, I do not diagnose medical conditions or replace your healthcare provider.
Many clients continue working with their doctors or other practitioners while participating in a Karuna program.
My role is to help you better understand your body and support your health through personalized guidance, education, and lifestyle strategies.

Every body responds differently, and meaningful change usually takes time.
Many clients begin noticing shifts in energy, digestion, sleep, or symptom awareness within the first few months. However, hormone and gut health often improve gradually.
This is one reason the programs are designed as 3, 6, or 12 month containers, allowing us to support your body consistently rather than relying on a single appointment.
