Who I Help

I work with ‘always-on’ women 30+ who feel out of rhythm in their bodies and are ready for clarity, understanding, and a more supportive way forward.

You might be here if…

  • You’re waking up between 2–3am and having a hard time falling back asleep, even when you’re tired

  • Your energy feels unpredictable, with noticeable dips in the afternoon that don’t match how much rest you’ve had

  • You’ve experienced weight gain, especially around your midsection, without any clear change in your habits

  • Your skin feels more reactive or inflamed than it used to, and you can’t pinpoint why

  • You often feel tired during the day but wired at night

  • Your cycle has shifted, or your symptoms around it feel more intense or harder to manage

  • You’ve had bloodwork come back “normal,” but you still don’t feel like yourself

  • Or maybe it’s less about one specific symptom and more about a general sense that something feels off in your body

For women in high-demand, always-on roles

If your work requires you to be mentally present, responsive, and engaged for most of the day, it creates a specific kind of load on your system, even if you enjoy what you do.

You might be in a classroom, in a clinic, or working in a fast-paced environment like marketing or tech where the pace is constant and expectations are high. You’re making decisions, managing people or timelines, and staying “on” for long stretches without much opportunity to fully reset.

Over time, that kind of demand can start to show up physically in ways that are easy to overlook at first. Sleep can feel lighter or more interrupted, energy becomes less predictable, and symptoms that used to come and go can start to feel more consistent.

This is something I see often with teachers, healthcare professionals, and women working in high-output environments where the nervous system doesn’t get many true breaks during the day.

There is also a practical side that is worth mentioning. Many extended health benefit plans, particularly in education and healthcare, can be used toward coaching or wellness support, even if it is not always clearly outlined.

If you’re unsure what your coverage includes, I can help you look at your benefits and understand what options might be available to you.

What’s actually going on

Stress, sleep, blood sugar, nutrient status, and the overall pace of your life all play a role in how your body functions. When several of those areas are under pressure, the body begins to shift its priorities. This can show up as disrupted sleep, less stable energy, changes in weight, or increased sensitivity in areas like skin or mood. It often develops gradually, which is why it can feel hard to connect the dots.

Trying to address one symptom at a time can feel frustrating because the patterns are connected. When you start to understand how those patterns interact, it becomes much easier to make changes that actually lead to a response.

How I’ll support you

The Karuna Movement is for women who want a clearer understanding of what their body is doing and how to work with it.

We look at patterns across your symptoms, your cycle, your energy, and your day-to-day life so that what feels scattered starts to make sense. From there, we build a plan that feels realistic and supportive, rather than overwhelming. The goal is not to add more pressure or more rules, but to create enough clarity that your body has a reason to respond differently over time.
