Advanced Cycle Tracker

$0.00

Get my free advanced cycle tracker (the same one I use!) to map the way your hormones impact your quality of life.

Call me old-fashioned but I still love using paper - I've used dozens of period apps but never got the same insights as I did comparing month over month over month with pages spread across my dinner table. Something I can physically zoom out from and see the patterns. There's something empowering in it.

I made this advanced cycle tracker because I kept having the same conversation with myself every month.

I’d have a week where I felt clear and capable and getting through everything without much effort, and then a few days later I’d be standing in the kitchen wondering whether I should sell everything and move to a different country

And somehow I would act surprised. Again.

So this is somewhere you can start tracking those fluctuations.

There’s no perfect way to use it. You’ll miss days. You’ll forget. Then you’ll remember halfway through the month and pick it back up.

When you do track for a little while, even loosely, you start to see your own rhythm. You notice when your nervous system gets more sensitive, when your tolerance drops, when you need more food or more space. It stops feeling so random because you can see the pattern on paper.

That’s really all this is. A bit of perspective. Let me know how it goes! 🌙
