↑These symptoms often show up together — and they’re all worth taking seriously. Coaching addresses the lifestyle and educational side; anything that needs medical or mental-health care stays with your healthcare providers
You've tried everything.
Nothing has worked.
You've eliminated gluten. Then dairy. And let’s be honest, all the good stuff has gluten and dairy… and then there’s everything else. You've taken the probiotics, the supplements that promised relief. You've Googled until 2 AM. You've stood in health food stores reading every label, hoping that whatever is in this item won’t bug your gut.
And maybe some of it helped. For a little while. But the bloating came back. The fatigue never really left. And you're starting to wonder if this is just how your life is going to be. Constipation, gut distention - that emotional jolt whenever you look down at your belly.
You’re not imagining it. You’ve just been looking at some of the pieces of the puzzle — not the whole picture.
But what if You Could...
Wake up without bloating — before you even eat
Eat a meal without worrying about how your body will react
Understand exactly what your symptoms mean and what to do about them
Have a clear, step-by-step framework to follow — no more guessing
Feel energized, clear-headed, and at home in your body again
Know that you have ongoing support, community, and guidance
That's exactly what the Good Gut Program is designed to help you achieve.
How the Good Gut Program works
The Good Gut Program is built on the Karuna 5P Method — a comprehensive, science-informed framework that guides you through understanding your body, calming your nervous system, rebuilding your gut health, and creating a personalized, sustainable plan so you can understand your symptoms and feel good in your body again
This is for you if...
You're bloated, uncomfortable, or reactive to foods — and nothing you've tried has worked long-term
You've been told your labs are "normal" but you still don't feel like yourself
You feel exhausted, inflamed, or disconnected from your body
You suspect stress and your nervous system are playing a role in your symptoms
You're done with restrictive diets and want a compassionate, sustainable approach
You want education, not just rules — you're ready to understand your body
You value community and support — you don't want to do this alone
This may not be the right fit for you if...
You're looking for a quick fix or a 7-day cleanse
You want someone to just tell you exactly what to eat without understanding why
You're dealing with a diagnosed medical condition that requires clinical supervision (we're happy to work alongside your care team, but this is coaching, not medical treatment)
You're not ready to invest time and energy into learning about your body

Questions? I thought you might.
A: Most programs focus on elimination and restriction. The Good Gut Program focuses on understanding, restoring, and personalizing. You won’t just be told what to remove — you’ll learn why your symptoms may be happening, how to support your gut health from the ground up, and how to build an approach that works for your unique body.
Q: How is this different from other gut health programs?
1
Q: Is this self-paced or live?
2
A: Both. The core content (video lessons, slides, workbook) is self-paced, so you can move through it on your own schedule. The group coaching calls, yoga sessions, and office hours are live — and coaching calls and yoga are recorded if you can't make it.
Q: What if I can't make the live calls?
3
A: All live group coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to your member portal within 48 hours. You'll also have DM adn voice note access for questions and support between calls.
A: Plan for 2-3 hours per week: 1 hour for video content and workbook activities, plus 1-2 hours for live calls or yoga (optional but recommended).
Q: How much time will this take each week?
4
Q: Is this a meal plan or diet program?
5
A: No. This is not a prescriptive meal plan or a diet. You'll receive guidance, frameworks, and protocols — but the focus is on understanding your body and building a sustainable, personalized approach. No rigid rules. No calorie counting.
Q: Will this diagnose or treat my medical condition?
6
A: No. This program is educational coaching, not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you have a diagnosed digestive condition, we encourage you to work with your healthcare provider alongside this program. See our full disclaimer for details.
Q: Can I join if I'm working with a doctor or practitioner?
7
A: Absolutely. This program complements medical care beautifully. Many participants work with their healthcare providers alongside the program.
Q: What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
8
A: Start with the free guide, Why Does Everything I Eat Make Me Bloated? It's a great way to learn more about my approach. You can also book a Free Discovery Call if you’re unsure where to start.

Wondering if you’d do better with private coaching?
The Good Gut Program is the right home for most women whose digestion is the main event. But if your picture includes a lot more — exhaustion, sleep, stress, hormonal changes — private coaching might fit better.
Every private client starts with a free 20-minute Discovery Call. [Learn about Private Coaching here →]
